New helper functions that transform data from original type to real and vice versa added. Note - these functions have NOT been tested

Added the MicroData, ioHDF5, and fixed the imports in the other files. Now, the IO is complete and ready for testing

Split the old ioUtils into HDF5 specific and general IO utilities. ioHDF5 coming up. Any references to requiring hdf objects for utility functions will be removed

control. We’re better off tying this to scipy or numpy: our main
dependencies.
