Updates the HDF5 URL to the new one. Using browsers or wget would
correctly redirect the request to the new URL, whilst sphinx would get a
HTTP 403 instead.

Updating this URL should fix the sphinx warning, restoring the master
incremental and clean builds to stable (hopefully)

When a Group workspace was loaded into the dialog for the algorithm, it
would cause an unhandled exception due to a null pointer. There is now a
check to ensure that a group workspace is not used.

This commit adds a set of unit tests that test conditions that cause MatchAndMergeWorkspaces to fail
