For more complex types such as V3D, the python API for TableWorkspace used to return a incomprehensible string. Now it returns a proper string type name.

While helping prepare an article, I ended up deriving the equivalence of delta-d/d = delta-T/T. Since it wasn't a 5-second derivation, it seemed a good thing to add to the user docs.

This split out the material information into a new concept page, added additional links between the various docs, and added a big note at the top of `SetSample` that the dict definitions are in cm.

Previously the HKL values would only show when when viewing a single detector. Now when plotting with a collection of detectors the HKL values will also be plotted in the miniplot.

There are two big changes in this PR. The first is inspecting the what specific Load algorithm was used and switching to that after the first chunk is loaded (removes determining the specific loader for subsequent chunks). The second is to remove the logs before accumulating the chunks.

Previously the integration volume would be quietly undefined. This makes it much more obvious to the user when something goes wrong. The underlying issue is in the numerics of determining what is inside the shape.
