Allow LoadNMoldyn3Ascii to load 2D functions exported from the plot

All of this is associated with the old mechanism for rebinning and remapping of dimensions. This is obsolete now (and has been for some time).

We transpose any MDHistoWorkspace loaded from memory if needed.

More optimization work needed yet.

Refactoring of DNS algorithms

The final write of the GSAS calibration file would fail on windows if the output folder is a network share like \\olympic\babylon because of multiple double back-slashes being inserted - and some of them misinterpreted as escape sequences.

Sum characterizations in SNSPowderReduction. All tests are passed.  Pull request is then closed.
