Create new tab names correctly on KDE

Creates new tab names correctly on non-GNOME enrionvments for Ubuntu.
KDE automatically binds keyboard shortcuts, which Qt represents with &x
(where x is the shortcut). This breaks the name lookup as &New != New in
"New Tab".

We now strip out these characters when looking up the names fixing the
names not incrementing correctly.

Remove Bash 4.2 feature breaking Mac OSX

The tests include a check for the line numbers that an error occurs
on. The removal of the import future has reduced these values by 2.

Accidentally removed inheritance of systemtesting.MantidSystemTest when
removing with_metaclass and add_metaclass. Put them back.
