size_t is converted to uint64_t on saving to nexus.

But this causes unexpected changes in ITableWorkspace.h and children

Refs #3175. Sorry for the huge commit but certain things require Matrix to be in Kernel. Given how Quat, V3D and Matrix inter cooperate it seemed sensible for them to be in the same place and arguably this is where they belong anyway.

Rename Framework code directory to just that. Also delete Main and VS & Eclipse project file. Re #1881.

re#1551 - some changes for Search widgets Layouts. Also the style sheet of search widgets combo box's  is changed,
now the combo box's pop-up view's  scroll bar shows up and down arrow buttons.
The data type of ICat investigation id in table workspace changed from long long to int64_t
Now ICat Search works in Linux ,I need to check this works in Mac.

Added the interface class for tables ITableWorkspace. Table workspaces are created with WorkspaceFactory. re #424

TableRow class is moved to a file of its own. Tuples are temporarily removed from TableWorkspace. TableWorkspace and TableRow should work reasonable well with bools. re #284.
