re #3333 Fix is to ensure that PV_PLUGINS_DIR only contains PV plugins. As part of the post build event copy libraries into separate directory. Note that originals are not moved/deleted so that CPack can target them for packaging.

I don't know if this will fix it but my first guess is that the internal widget of the instrument view has type QFrame and its frame may interfere with the parent's frame. Changed all QFrames to QWidgets. re #2926

Refs #3325. Remove some commented code. This is actually just to get the PythonAPI + tests to build again so that it will copy over fresh Python unit tests.

re #3315. Janik has already got a good deal of code in place to do this. Additional tests here to verify that a well-formed rotation matrix is handled by CoordTransform object.

Fix the two system tests. The Aziz one just has a new reference result as the internal order of the grouped detectors has changed but this should not matter since we don't ungroup afterward. The TOSCA test failed because ExtractSingleSpectrum was pulling out the incorrect spectrum after the ISpectra changes. The blame here is due to a bad unit test, it only tested the data and not the underlying spectra/detector links. This test has been improved. Refs #3203

1) I don't think anything should be done here as fast algorithms may not be possible to cancel anyway. 2) Made Algorithm::cancel() method virtual and overridden it in Load to call cancel() on the concrete loader. A test file can be sans2d00005512.nxs. 3) MantidPlot makes sure that the AlgorithmDockWidget is visible when an algorithm is running. fixes #1733
