Due to RHEL6 build server not having AssertItemsEqual implemented for unit-test
in python. Test now uses a simple for loop to compare the elements at indices
of the vector to see if they are equal to each other.

Now the test compares two grouped workspaces with more than one workspace in
each of them. The single workspace test now also tests the default property value
of Y-Axis Position property by calling GetNegMuMuonicXRD with only the element
argument
