This causes issues in history because some properties will use a temporary name
and some will use the more descriptive name.

This changeset allows us to use enableHistoryRecordingForChild() to turn
off recording the history for a DataProcessorAlgorithm. This will be useful when
we have large algorithm histories.

These classes should now capture the history of child algorithms.

Since the code that calls makeFileName has the instrument, just pass
that along and call it a day. This will look like a lot more changes
than it really is because of this refactoring.

One of the loaders that SNS supports, LoadEventPreNexus, does not use the
Filename property. Therefore, I've made a way to set that.

Almost every method just throws a runtime_error and has the wrong signature. At
least there is a place to put all of the functionality though.
