Update to clang-format-5 and reformat the codebase 

Test exceptions in both cases:
- string cannot be parsed
- not a numeric value or a string

Also add spaces to exception string.

Including testing for yet-to-be-implemented behaviour when the end time
string is not well-formed.

Takes all TimeSeriesProperty logs and clears out all entries
except the last one. Single value logs are left unchanged.

into Run and LogManager

This is needed for live-data work.

Added reference returns for goniometer & its axes plus moved where
the computation of the matrix occurs.

Allows user to select how a time series is converted to a single value.

The value is cached for furture lookups.

Makes it easier to get values from properties.
