The .bat file is responsible for setting environment variables and
ultimately starting MantidPlot. The .vbs script ensures that when
starting from a desktop icon you ony see the MantidPlot window and not
the extra command window.

ApplyNegMuCorrection
now has a more meaningful message if runtime exception is produced
from not being able to find a data file.
The second Combine in the for loop at like 92 is now outside the nested
for loop and is like it was in the original code
