In general, algorithms shouldn't be dealing directly with the ADS,
the Algorithm base class takes care of these interactions.

This should fix the CppCheck warnings on develop.

This causes issues in history because some properties will use a temporary name
and some will use the more descriptive name.

Spits out a warning on the output page and in the build to indicate
that the directive was skipped. This is required to make development
builds that don't have all libraries built easier to work with.
