Main issue is around padding of goniometer log inputs. Use zeros rather
than None, as Andrei suggests users may want to apply some but not all of
the goniometer angles in batch.

Reverting because U implies the U matrix. We'll keep things lower case and
fix the test instead.

Refactor PoldiFitPeaks2D to use EstimatePeakErrors

I tested the changes running this slightly modified usage example, which puts each of the workspaces into a WorkspaceGroup first. Without these changes the two resulting WorkspaceGroups contain the same workspace (the first one is overwritten), after the changes this does not happen, as described in the ticket.
