Initial structure for the package

This PR includes some basic structure of the package for targeting an easier collaboration. Please review the changes and let me know if it is ok for what you have in your mind.
To do list for automated documentation and unit-testing:
- Open readthedocs (https://readthedocs.org) and import ivenus from your Github repository.
- Do the same for Coveralls (https://coveralls.io)
