[Commit] Submit PR for recent changes

We need to submit a PR to include our recent implementations,

1. Two new columns added in the table view for resonance filter (#28 (closed)) and self-scattering level checking (#32 (closed)).

2. Add in scroll bar in the Reduction Configuration window -- refer to item-4 in #10.
