Update libraries

Updated the requirements to stop using specific versions of libraries. Should help keep things up to date, even if it might require changes every now and then.

Updated the dates in the headers of the files that have them to be '2020-2025' from '2020'. Technically, I hadn't changed the code since 2021, so it was only a little out of date.

Incremented the version to 0.4.0 because the library change was a significant change, at least in principle.
