More axes

Fixed the issue with axes titles being clipped sometimes. Also made several other changes that followed on from the sas_temper -> sas-temper switch. The documentation files have been updated, etc. The conda environment configuration file has been tweaked a bit, too.

The version number has been updated to 0.2.2. I'll do a release after the merge.
