update addie wrapper

  1. A unset SESSION_MANAGER command is introduced to suppress the Qt session error which is misleading

  2. For --dev and --qa, we default to the mantid mode, with the --mode=mantid arg provided to addie.

  3. I have tested it locally and everything works as expected. Especially, for the production version, no change, i.e., still default to the idl model.
