Mantid wrappers

This adds the shell wrappers for mantidpython and mantidworkbench and adds the desktop files for mantidworkbench. This cannot be deployed without coordinating with linux-support because it clobbers some links and kicks mantidnightly and mantidqa packages out of the way.
