Translators popular at CNMS now implement a "is_valid_file()" function that tests whether or not a provided file can be translated by the translator.

New "ingest()" function accepts any file and translates to h5USID file

This feature addition will be essential for the data ingestion pipeline being developed by CADES for CNMS
