AFM simulations

I have added some files to do some basic AFM simulations. There are libraries with functions and two jupyter notebooks. One is an introductory notebook that gives some simple example of afm simulations, this is is a folder labeled as IntroductionToSimulations. The other notebook and libraries are in a folder labeled: Multifrequency_viscoelasticity. Please let me know what you think.
