Made requested changes re: issues 4 & 5

Issue # 4:

• Added onelab.css file and linked in the corresponding HTML files.
• Added ornl-logo.png to the images file.
• Linked ornl-logo.png to background-image: url in the main.css file.

Issue # 5:

• Removed LLNL branding from .js files and HTML files.
• Results should be reflected in the pages under the Explore tab.
