Eliminate .sst postfix
SST files are only used to setup initial communication and are not designed to be usable/examined by third parties. But we can eliminate the postfix if desired. It's all in a #define, so trivial.
Admins will be upgrading ORNL GitLab Servers on Monday, 13 May 2024, from 5 PM until 7 PM EST. Repositories will experience intermittent outages during this time.
