Data sent to load_external_format_FMcontest should be separately malloc'd; RecalcMarshalStorageSize called too early;  BreakdownArrayName now handles multi-digit type lenghts

remove use of struct_size_field_list() in favor of newly-exported FMstruct_size_field_list().  This essentially requires the use of a bug-fixed FFS library (or gets a link error).  Stop-gap measure until I get the version stuff in the Korvo stack rewritten.

fix IntersectionBox() check
