Added ADIOS1 Engine for writing with pre-installed ADIOS 1.x library. mpi dummy collision prevents building examples in nompi mode.

Adding Variable<void> map container in ADIOS for unknown variable types
(until Write). This is required in Python.

Moved CheckBufferAllocation to functions/adiosFunctions.h to make it
available to all engines

Added MethodPy in Python bindings, SetParameters and AddTransports use
raw functions to accept any number of arguments in the form of a
dictionary. Tested with test_hello.py

Added Profiler class based on chronos header for high resolution time
information in buffering and transport open, write, close

Tests with bpls indicate that variable payloads are recognized

Renamed BPWriter engine to BPFileWriter

Changed WriteVariableIndex function in BP1Writer to only include a
capsule::STLVector as buffers, other capsules will need to get it from
this heap buffer.

Need to fix so payload offset is set for all variables correctly. 

Replaced vectors with map containers for Variables to avoid iterator
invalidation when adding element to a container.

Continued debugging BP1 Writer for a single variable write

Fixed a number of minor things for DataMan engine. The first real-world demo code ran successfully with the AdiosPP framework

In ADIOS.h set default engine type according to access mode to BPWriter
(w) and BPReader (r).

Adde buildBP.sh for automatic test of examples/hello/bpWriter (bpReader
next)
