Fix Variable.SetSelection(). heatTransfer adios2 writer is intentionally broken to keep to the intended API.

Added ADIOS1 cmake build. Use ADIOS_ROOT=<adios 1.x install dir> cmake -DADIOS_USE_ADIOS1=ON to build.

Now file.bp/profiling.log is generating capturing I/O profile info
