Single variable example works. Moving on to time aggregation example.

Need to verify metadata footer

Added ADIOS1 Engine for writing with pre-installed ADIOS 1.x library. mpi dummy collision prevents building examples in nompi mode.

Added CopyToBuffer function to use std::copy 
Separating Metadata writes in Data and Metadata (Indices)

Will need a new branch to implement variable merging as it implies
changing the BP1.h structs

Now file.bp/profiling.log is generating capturing I/O profile info
