Added Support for more than one transport
ReFormulated classes ADIOS, Group, Capsule, Variable including members
ownership ( CCapsule.m_Transports, ADIOS.m_Tranforms )

To do:
Test compilation 
Adjust to new naming convention (removing C and S)
Implement and test one variable compression
