meshlib: init at 3.0.9.196 (marked broken)

This merge request introduces the MeshLib package at version 3.0.9.196.

The package provides the following supported modules:

  • MRMesh
  • MRIOExtras
  • MRSymbolMesh
  • MRVoxels

The following modules are currently unsupported and thus the package is marked as "broken":

  • MRPython
  • MRCuda
  • MRViewer

Notes:

  • The MRIOExtras module optionally enables STEP support, which requires OpenCASCADE (OCCT). OCCT’s visualization stack depends on X11 and OpenGL, which in turn pull in fontconfig as a transitive dependency.
  • As a result, fontconfig, libGL, and xorg.libX11 are included as dependencies.

Additionally, this request:

  • Adds the nix-unstable channel as input
  • Introduces clip at version 1.13
  • Introduces laz-perf at 2025.10.28
  • Introduces openctm at 2025.04.01
  • Adds onetbb via the nix-unstable channel
