Workbench 5.2.0 mod

This will update the distribution to Workbench-5.2.0.

• Tested Bison (moose) remote, single-box and local.
• Pyarc remote (warroom9).
• Testing functionality on NCRC.
• Verified installation on Linux, MacOS, and Windows.
