Updating for version 4.0.0 release.

This version includes updated packaging for the platform specific distributions, addition of ParaView, removal of VisIt, functionality updates and the following fixes:

• Mac (Darwin) installs fail to start due to missing HDF5 library fixup.
• A crash is observed on Mac OS when attempting to create a new directory from the New file dialog
• Whitespace in file paths limit the NEAMS Workbench and integrated application functionality and has been observed to cause a crash Fixed
• MOOSE application syntax highlighting (Bison, SAM, etc.) for remote application setup fails to configure correctly leaving the text editor without color. See workaround below.
