#44 implemented option to skip REBUS run from GAMSOR and DASSH calculations.

Implemented the option to skip REBUS run prior to GAMSOR, and upload previously generated REBUS output file. Also, fixed GAMSOR postrun to save both NHFLX0G and NHFLX0N in the zip file. Finally, added constraint that DASSH is only allowed if VARIANT solver is specified in DIF3D block.
