ABTR Sample4

Shriwise, Patrick requested to merge ABTR-sample4 into development

This adds an example using REBUS for the ABTR model. @nstauff I opted to use the hexagonal_sixth_core option here based on how long it was taking to run the problem on my machine locally with 2 CPUs.

This also updates any instances of Am242 to Am242m so the set of material isotopes used in the problem match those available in the decay chain.

Some output files no longer relevant for ABTR Sample 3 have been removed in that README as well.
