update execution unit-tests for new version of ARC/MCC3

Updated unit-tests Execution files to pass using the latest MCC3/ARC executables stored in /software/Workbench/EXEC_ARC_2023_12 I tested all the ARC test cases (together with DASSH and PROTEUS). I did not test OpenMC/Griffin cases.

Notes of required next steps for @kkiesling :

  • update the links of ARC executables used in CI
  • add the ARC-run cases for execution during CI - let's try to include all the unit-tests there.

Let me know if some of the remaining unit-tests don't properly run.
