Sample 14 updates

I updated the pre-generated REBUS output that is used in this tutorial to have the updated ID scheme used by DIF3D introduced in v2.3.0 (tutorial fails otherwise). In doing so, the REBUS output and .summary file generated were significantly altered (ie large number of line diffs). Since the last time these were generated there was a different PyARC version (v1.4.0) and older versions of the ARC codes, I think all the diffs are fairly minimal and can be ignored. There also appears to have been a bug fix in v2.0.0 for ORIGEN-S that could also account for some of the diffs. Note that the new summary file is also longer. There is additional output from REBUS and ORIGEN-S that was not previously present. I am not sure if that extra output is to be expected since v1.4.0 or not.
