PyARC v2.2.1 patch release

This is a patch release to fix an error that was occurring with the latest version of Griffin (revealed upon updating the Griffin executable used by users). There are no changes to user input/output, but the input generated by PyGriffinConnect was corrected to avoid errors with Griffin when running.
