Update failing PyGriffin unit tests according to MCC3 version update

Updates PyGriffin unit tests and ABTR Tutorial 17 with updated results according to MCC-3 version 3.3.0 update. CI needs to be updated to point to new MCC-3 version in order for unit tests to pass, since CI still points to old executables. Results from Tutorial 17 are now also consistent with Tutorial 0 (52 pcm difference in eigenvalue).
