initial schema for openmc/shift integration

Kiesling, Kalin Rose requested to merge kkiesling/PyARC:openmc_shift into shift_openmc_integration

This is the initial schema for the OpenMC and Shift integration. Schema inputs come from the document linked on #64 (closed) and are primarily based on OpenMC for the time being.

Note, that I designed this so that you can make a single block of input and run OpenMC, Shift, or both (by listing both codes in the codes input). I think that would be easier for a user if they want to run two identical simulations, then they don't have to copy and paste the block for a different code.
