Minor improvements and fixes to GAMSOR, REBORS and SafetyCodes utility

This MR provides the following major changes:

  • made GAMSOR and TWODANT incompatible to clearly inform the users what is the XS workflow used for their calculations
  • improved logic for storing results for each application into a python object results within user_object - this was implemented and the unit-tests are all relying on it.
  • fix of potential bug in PyREBORS identified by WEC
  • some structural improvement in SafetyCode utility - I started development of improved capability that is not yet completed or tested. For the time being, this is being commented out.
