Auto RZ material zone assignment in PyARC
The verification process for Griffin's SFR workflow work has been reviewed by Changho, and something he commented on was the fact that the RZ geometry generation process that is used in PyARC's ABTR model subdivides the reflector region into 3 separate zones. Right now, according to PyARC/tutorial/Sample_3_ABTR_TWODANT_DIF3DFD/ref_plot_RZ_geometry.png, the auto RZ boundaries are assigned with the following materials:
CR – fuel1 – CR – fuel3 – fuel1 – reflector – CR – fuel2 - reflector – shielding – reflector
However, Changho suggested that the reflector region should not be separated into so many regions and should instead be merged into a single radial layer with the following material zone assignment:
CR – fuel1 – CR – fuel3 – fuel1 – CR – fuel2 - reflector – shielding
@nstauff is there a way to update the auto RZ generation algorithm to fix the RZ geometry to the above material assignment?
