Resolve "Use trame-facade (TOPAZ)"

This applies the theme in use in the app launcher and the SANS app. Most of the changes are just light refactoring to make the grid/input usage consistent across all three applications.

The only somewhat functional changes should be to the execution panel. I'd made the buttons hidden if they don't make sense in the current application context (eg I hide the navigate to Jana button if Jana isn't running).
