Add autoscrolling support

Summary of Changes

Adds an autoscroll type to InputField. This type creates a textarea and injects the JS from the SANS/TOPAZ GUI autoscrollers into the page. This JS is called both whenever the user scrolls the textarea and when the associated v-model is changed.
