Update Jana2020 image to v0.14

Summary of Changes

This version has following changes:

  1. Vesta is now enabled by default.
  2. Jana2020 history files are saved to Galaxy as the program is used. The latest history is downloaded on launch if available.
  3. The tool version now matches the image version. I'm not sure why these were out of sync.
