Fixes for tests, including temporarily deactivating batching
There's an issue with batching on the heFFTe GPU backend. The isolations and reinserts don't work correctly with the deep copies for reasons that I don't understand.
Admins will be upgrading ORNL GitLab Servers on Monday, 13 May 2024, from 5 PM until 7 PM EST. Repositories will experience intermittent outages during this time.
