Integration testing capability and regression test
Add the capability for integration tests. As the first integration test, add a MEUMAPPS-SS regression test. Also do some minor cleanup, moving changes over from the ss_sundials branch.
Admins will be upgrading ORNL GitLab Servers on Monday, 13 May 2024, from 5 PM until 7 PM EST. Repositories will experience intermittent outages during this time.
