Refs #3400, Refs #3203. Fix for ManagedWorkspace2D and its variants. Workspace2D now holds a vector of pointers that should keep things consistent between it and its managed variants. ManagedHistogram1D is now the replacement in the managed cases. 

Small error in FindQScintilla wasn't finding the right include path. Seems we were getting away with it through the right path being there in some other way. Re #2525.

Comment out 1 place where it's called - in a method that does plenty else wrong anyway. Re #3433.

Add a methiod to the FunctionFactory to retrieve the function names based on a template type. Refs #3430

new ConjoinSpectra python algorithm.

Allows users to merge spectra from a range of workspaces into a single workspace for plotting etc.
Allows control of how the spectra are labelled using log values or workspace names.

Refs #3271. Recover functionality that was lost. Need to be able to handle any type of IMDWorkspace. Identify MDHistoWorkspace, and run newer (faster) dataset generation methods, otherwise, rely on generic (slower) dataset generation.

Refs #3276. MVP view and presenters put in place for combined loading/rebinning and tested. Not yet hooked up to concrete views.

Removed parameters used in indirect CTE gui as we are not using it at the moment and it only generates errors. refs #2075
