Previously, when peak centres were given in TOF, the dSpacing column in
the fit results table showed values in TOF. A simple unit conversion was
implemented in EnggFitPeaks to rectify this, and a couple of unit tests
were added to monitor this behaviour

MatrixWorkspaceTest, MDHistoWorkspaceTest & VMDTest do not yet import
division from __future__ as the exports need updating to understand
the __truediv__ method.

Print statements have been either been removed or fixed.
