Allow a bit more space for chi, phi, omega and monitor counts,
to avoid overlapping fields.  Adjust headers to line up.

An option under the energy transfer range has been added to allow the final
S(Phi, E) to be made a distribution.

Changes made to better encapsulate the static map and tidy up the code
before implementing the formFactor calculation.

Is there a reason why this class has all its implementation in the header?

Allows algorithms that don't check for cancellation to be recorded
as cancelled rather than running to completion. Helps scripts to
stop. (Note that such algorithms are few as any that use openmp or
progress reporting will be checking the cancellation flag.)

This was added at some point after the fork from QtiPlot, but never
used. We use the underlying QwtPlot axis attributes.

If a user sets limits on a particular axis, these will stay fixed
until told otherwise (via e.g. 'Rescale to show all).
Previously, if the backing workspace updated the graph would rescale
back to the full range of the data, which was particularly annoying
for live data viewing. They would also rescale if errors were added
- this is also fixed.

Adding a lot of this pointers for clarification. Adding rebinning to
energy transfer conversion. Other fixes to get reduction running.

Made the energy transfer binning option via a checkox and propogated that
change to the rest of the UI code.

Added monitor count to IPeak.h, IPeak.cpp, Peak.h, Peak.cpp.
LoadIsawPeaks and SaveIsawPeaks also now handle the monitor count.

Opening up to all SNS instruments for the UI and passing along the standard
data extensions to those widgets that need it.
