The windows build failed, but on something completely unrelated. I also ran the system test in question locally (Ubuntu 14.04) and it passed. After checking back with Martyn we agreed that it's okay to merge.

This fixes the finder behaviour when the directory paths contain a file with a matching prefix but an additional suffix, e.g. .md5.stamp
