Refs #3079. Fixed the LoadAscii to read in the quiet_NaN's "1.#QNaN" that are saved by SaveAscii when dealing with NaN's.

Refs #3727. Wikimaker now has option to generate all docs and update wiki, so important that all my algorithm docs are current.

Refs #3724: Pulled wiki description text from the wiki site and added in algorithms' header file with special tags. The auto_wiki.py script can retrieve the text to generate the wiki page fully.

Make script window font 2 points larger on Mac by default. Change shortcuts to bring up script/interpreter windows on Mac to be something other than function keys that Expose already uses. Re #3719.
